How long does my order take to ship?

At Tiles by Tash, every tile is crafted with care and creativity, and quality takes a little time! Each set takes about two weeks to design, craft, and finish, followed by an additional week of curing to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish. Once your order is complete and fully cured, it typically takes about one more week for shipping. From start to finish, you can expect your custom creation to arrive in approximately four weeks — and I promise, it’s worth the wait!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Tiles by Tash is excited to offer international shipping soon! However, due to fluctuating tariffs and shipping regulations, international orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Once you place an order, I’ll stay in close contact with you to ensure your shipment is viable and that any additional costs or requirements are clearly communicated before your order is finalized.

What is your return policy? 

All sales at Tiles by Tash are final. Because each item is handmade to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I will do my best to work with you to resolve the issue and make it right!
